R.E.P.S (Rules, Etiquette, Pace & Safety)
AT SCCJGA it is important to us that the kids come away with an understanding of the rules of golf and respect for not only others who play, but the golf course itself. We have put a program together that consistently receives accolades from both the golf courses and adults who interact with our kids. The program serves two purposes:
R.E.P.S. Program Click Here to go to R.E.P.S. Schedule. Click Here for Code of Conduct which you agree to adhere to when you sign up.Our REPS program is set up in two phases. Following this phase the Gold card members will receive their card and the remaining members will be split into card groups Green and first time members, and Bronze and Silver. The Second PhaseGreen and First time members Bronze and Silver Members For our more advanced members we will focus on more advance rules, how to use the rule book as well as reviewing some of the more basic rules of golf. There will be a short test at the end about what we covered. The REPS (Rules, Etiquette, Pace and Safety) course will all be held at Delaveaga golf course or where noted on the calender. We will have some REPS coures in south county. See Calendar for "REPS course " dates to sign up, attend our REPS program and receive a SCCJGA Once again, Remember, REPS is mandatory to receive a Players Card and is required each year to renew your card.
